Delicates is a short film inspired by our love of classic rom coms, magical realism, and New York City.

THE STORY: 

Fresh from a breakup, Colin shuffles through the motions of his life and his laundry. When his treasured sock is lost in the wash, it is taken in by the stubborn and quick-witted Megan. The two soon discover they can communicate telepathically whenever they wear their half of the pair. Over the course of a year, we follow the unlikely friendship and strange romance of two lost twenty-somethings who meet foot to foot but never face to face.

Without the support of her uptight, rich parents, Margot tries to stop her hallucinations and fix her severe depression through the healing nature of the Midwest. Living the “easy” life turns out to be not as easy as Margot assumes

THE STORY: 

This story follows Serena, now a hardened adult, forced to grow up too fast without her mother. Serena undergoes a procedure that lets her view simulated memories between her and Sara, her mother, for the chance that she can briefly consciously communicate with her.  Serena must go on a journey to accept their full history together and her role in it in order to be able to share one last moment.
